D. G. M. Typographics™ offers typeface licencing for both digital/analog purposes and accepts specific requests for independent commissions.
David G. Millhouse works closely with his clients to ensure fulfillment on all fronts. Requests may be given for the customisation/editing of certain glyphs, file-extension classification and/or extended character-sets.
A standard licence usually states as follows –

By obtaining this licence and installing the software you (the licencee) understand and agree to the following regulations in this contract.

1. Anyone who operates a typeface by David G. Millhouse of D. G. M. Typographics™ must be covered by a Licence acquired from David G. Millhouse.
2. Once you have purchased a typeface licence, you have permission to use it however the fount does not belong to you (the licencee). You have obtained fount software permission by licence, not the typeface itself.
3. The typeface software may be subject to a version update, the licencee will be informed and encouraged to replace the prior version.
4. David G. Millhouse of D. G. M. Typographics™ has the right to cancel this licence whenever deems necessary. Cancellation of this licence concludes all rights in this license invalid.
5. The licencee (or any other party) shall not print the entire typeface fount (character-set) without written permission from David G. Millhouse. Type Specimens are availble on request.
6. This licence authorises use of the typeface software on up to X computers belonging to the licencee.
7. The software must be cleared from any external storage drives after use.
8. The licencee must have written permission to duplicate/share the typeface software or any type-face in any way possible.
9. The licencee shall not sublet, sell, lend or lease the typeface software.
10. Written permission must be received from David G. Millhouse before sending the typeface software to any third party. This may be necessary for dataset printing.
11. It is forbidden to pass the software onto any companies including print/post-production companies. For vector files you must >Create Outlines on the typeface specific text within your file before exporting for print.
12. Written permission must be received from David G. Millhouse before crediting typefaces and/or the designer via media channels on/offline or any other form of crediting.
13. It is forbidden to store the software on a server including clouds, online and offline networks, including servers.
14. The licencee shall not upload the software onto internet servers without permission from David G. Millhouse.
15. The licencee shall not send the software via file-transfer-web-platforms or any other file-transfer provider.
16. The licencee agrees with the number and selection of characters in each fount.
17. The licencee shall not edit or create characters for the fount. Additional characters/glyphs may be requested from David G. Millhouse.
18. In any accidental, incidental, consequential damages, data viruses or losses of software, any lost profits, lost savings David G. Millhouse will not be held liable.
19. This licence must not be edited or shared.
20. Only David G. Millhouse and the licencee hold the right to print this licence for their own purposes.
21. This licence proves guarantee for the licencee to renew the licence at the same price, or reduced price, as when first obtained from David G. Millhouse.
22. This contract expires in X years from when issued, stated above.
23. Any manipulation/modification/adaptation of any glyph type-face in the fount of any typeface by David G. Millhouse is not permitted without written consent.
24. Any addition to any fount of any typeface by David G. Millhouse is not permitted. Additional glyphs are available on request.
